SENATE BILL NO. 80 "An Act relating to mental health education"                                                                 
was read the second time.                                                                                                       
                                                                                                                                
Senator Wilson, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the                                                                
adoption of the Health and Social Services Committee Substitute                                                                 
offered on page 773. Senator Begich objected, then withdrew his                                                                 
objection. There being no further objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL                                                                 
NO. 80(HSS) was adopted.                                                                                                        
                                                                                                                                
President Micciche stated CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 80(HSS) will                                                                   
advance to third reading on the March 28 calendar.
